Another Rooster Sighting

I'm trying to decide whether Rooster stole a baby or not. It could be that he is hauling around White Lighting in there. It doesn't look like it is his bike and carage. I guess he didn't have time to stop in today, he only rode by, but maybe next time.

This guy was a real weirdo. He was looking at the ladies in the office like a tiger looks at fresh meat. Not sure about this one at all. What kind of guys these days carries around a fanny pack? Child molesters of course. I bet he still rides a bike around town.
